Why was I Silent?

I knew of your suffering.
My lips were silent.
Tried my best to make you believe that you were loved.
The Cuts you made hurt me as well.
But, My lips were silent.
All I could do was believe in You.
But, still My lips were silent.
Trusted in you to find the path to healing.
But still My lips were silent.

My heart broke knowing the truth, the suffering you were going thru.
But, still my lips were silent.
No more silence.
I speak now loud and clear.
I love who you are and who you aren't.
for every cut was mine as well.
Now I stand beside you.
My lips no longer silent.

I speak for the parents.
Love, patience, trust they will find their way.
There is Hope.
